Return and Refund Policy

At Yi Pin Qian, we strive for excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. If you're not delighted with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:

Return Eligibility:

2. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
3. Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Refund Options:

2. Exchange for another item of equal value.
3. Store credit.

Return Procedure:

2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

 

Refund Timeline:

1. Refunds processed within [14 business days] of receiving returned items.
2. Refund confirmation email sent to customer.

Exceptions:

1. Custom-made or special-order items.
2. Items with obvious signs of wear or damage.
3. Items returned without original packaging or tags.

Shipping and Handling:

1. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
